Paul Walker Injured On Set

Paul Walker got injured doing a stunt on set. He has a ACL injury. He is limping from the injury. Is he going to use automatic or stick shift. Well they confirmed that he will continue to drive stick shift. There are rumors saying that he broken his leg but he didn't. The doctors recommend for Paul Walker to rest until he is better. The movie might be postponed due to Paul Walker's injury. The sooner he gets better, the slimmer the chances of postponing the movie.
I think this is important a actor got injured by doing a stunt. This caught my attention because I haven't heard of a actor ever getting hurt on set. This is the first time of me ever hearing about this. I am also considering watching this movie which is another reason I read this article. This impacts me as a student because it lets me know that actors can get hurt on set. The article can impact me as a future film maker because I have to make sure that my actors are safe and I have to think about the consequences if my actor does get hurt. As a consumer this impacts me because I might have to wait longer to watch the movie. Some questions that this article will raise are: What will happen to Paul Walker? Will his injury get worse? Will they limit his acting in the movie? Can he sue? How does the director feel about his injury?

  1. I can't believe an actor got hurt on set. Doesn't the director have to make sure everything is safe so no would get hurt ? I wonder if this will change the way they work on stunts.
